What materials are your display stands made from?
We offer two surface finishes. The smooth finish is made from ultra-strong mineral-reinforced gypsum, dense, matte, and refined. The textured finish is raw concrete with a special surface treatment that gives it a tactile, industrial character. Both are built for long-term retail use.
What is the minimum order for wholesale clients?
The minimum for wholesale is 7 pieces of the same form. In some cases we are open to discussing individual terms to find the best arrangement for both sides.
How many colors are available and how do I choose?
Our palette includes 28 curated shades. All pieces are pigmented directly into the mix, so the color goes all the way through and never fades or peels. Custom colors outside our standard palette are available on request.
How can I see what a color looks like before ordering?
Order a sample - it is the most accurate way to see the real texture and tone in person. You can also contact us and request photos of finished pieces in the color you need, or browse our Instagram for inspiration across the full palette.
How long does production take?
For orders up to 10 pieces, production takes 1 to 4 business days. For larger wholesale orders, approximately 4 to 14 business days. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. EU delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. USA, UK and Canada - 3 to 7 business days. Rest of the world - 3 to 14 business days. EU customers pay no import duties on arrival. For all other countries, import duties and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I order a custom shape, size, or engraving?
Yes - custom work is one of our specialties. We develop forms from scratch, work from your existing sketch or drawing, and offer surface engraving for branding or decorative detail.
How do I care for the display in a retail environment?
All surfaces are treated with a dust and moisture-resistant sealant. Wipe with a dry cloth for everyday cleaning, or use a damp cloth when needed. Avoid cleaning products and chemical sprays.
