Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.  
As each item is carefully prepared and finished by hand, processing times may occasionally take longer during high-demand periods or more complex production stages.

Customs, Duties & Taxes  
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Delivery Notes  
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages
