RETURN & REFUND POLICY

GENERAL

We accept returns only for ready-made, in-stock items that are not customized and available for immediate shipment.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. A custom-made item is any product created specifically for you based on selected options such as color, finish, or size.

By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge and agree that it is made-to-order and not eligible for return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

This right applies only to non-customized items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- unused  
- in original condition  
- in original packaging  
- accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@betonvton.com within 14 days of delivery  
2. Wait for approval and return instructions  
3. Ship the item back at your own expense  

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any import duties, VAT, or handling fees incurred during return delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping costs are refundable only up to the standard delivery rate (as required by EU law). Additional shipping costs (such as express delivery) are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours.

In this case, we will:

- offer a replacement or refund  
- cover reasonable return shipping costs  

You must provide:

- photos of the product  
- packaging  
- shipping label

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The following are not considered defects:

- small air bubbles or pores  
- surface variations  
- slight color differences  
- dimensional tolerance up to ±10 mm  

These are natural characteristics of handmade products.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may begin and cancellation may no longer be possible.

UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is unclaimed or refused:

- return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund  
- original shipping costs are non-refundable  

If no response is received within 10 days after return, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
