Ready-to-ship items leave our workshop within 1 to 5 business days. Individual orders usually take 5 to 7 business days; larger projects are confirmed individually.

Worldwide from Sweden. Delivery times after dispatch: EU 3–5 business days (Express 1–2), UK 3–7 (Express 2–3), USA and Canada 5–8 (Express 2–3), Switzerland 3–7 (Express 2–5), other countries 3–14 business days.

Standard shipping costs €15 within the EU, £13 to the UK, $43 to the USA and Canada, CHF 28 to Switzerland and €37 to other countries. Free shipping on orders from €399 to eligible countries is applied automatically at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 14 days for unused items from our standard range in original condition. Individual orders (a shade outside our palette, a custom size or your logo) are made just for you and cannot be returned.
